
Bishop
Keith A McLeod is the Senior Pastor of Miracle Christian
Centre International Church in Watford, United Kingdom along
with his wife Pastor Winnie McLeod they have three children a
son and 2 daughters, (Keith, Melanie and Laura-May).
Bishop McLeod is
an Apostolic Overseer, and since 2001 has served in the capacity
as Diocesan Bishop for Jabula (Rejoice) New Life Ministries
International, in Europe & Asia under and for Bishop Tudor
Bismark, the International Prelate. He attended the United
Pentecostal Church Bible School full time and holds a Diploma in
Theology. He lectured for a number of years in an Apostolic
Bible school, he specialized in Leadership, Spiritual Authority
and Spiritual Warfare. He continues to lecture on many given
subjects naming a few, Healing, Deliverance, Marriage Seminars
and the Five Fold Ministry amongst others. Bishop McLeod has an
awesome ministry of healing, miracles and bringing order to
people's lives. He has had incredible signs following, such as
the deaf hearing, blind seeing, the cripple walking and deformed
bodies coming back to order.
Bishop McLeod’s
Ministry has taken him across the seas to Austria, France,
Mozambique, Venezuela, USA, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Switzerland,
Ireland and Pakistan.
Bishop McLeod
serves his community as a Magistrate, in both the Criminal and
Family Courts. For 3 years he served as one of the Chaplains at
the Mount Prison in Hertfordshire, UK, specializing in the
re-settling of prisoners back into society. He is presently
Chairman to one of the country’s oldest charities, the Bowley
Charity which provides money and aid for deprived children.
He is a qualified
Land Surveyor and Cartographic Draughtsman and worked in the
Civil Service for 11 years. He later became an Area Director of
housing from 1993-98 for a London Council and pioneered a
Vulnerable Tenants Procedure which received reviews in the
National Press, these procedures were adopted and used by many
councils across the country.
In 2004 he
completed in the European Parliamentary elections to become a
member of the European parliament for The Christian People’s
Alliance Party.
Bishop McLeod
serves as Vice President for Brent for Jesus Council of
Churches, a Governor of a primary school in Watford and is Chair
of the Steering Committee Community Centre Planning Review Group
for Watford Council, and is accepted as a prominent Community
leader in Watford.
First Lady Pastor W. McLeod was brought up in a Church of
England background but became a born again Christian at the age
of seventeen. She is a seasoned minister with over 28 years of
ministry experience. Operating in the gifts of Word of
Knowledge, Word of Wisdom and there is as strong prophetic
gifting on her life, which enables her to counsel others with
wisdom and compassion.
She attended The
United Pentecostal Church Bible School in London and later
became a lecturer teaching on subjects such as Inner Healing,
Spiritual Warfare, Prayer and Fasting.
Pastor McLeod is
the wife of Bishop K A McLeod who presides over Jabula (Rejoice)
New Life Ministries International for Europe & Asia. Together
they pastor the Miracle Christian Centre International Church in
Watford Hertfordshire. They celebrate 33 years of marriage, and
have three children, Melanie, Keith, and Laura-May.
Pastor McLeod has
a heart for those who are bound, whether men, women or children.
She offers counseling, prayers of inner healing and deliverance
to all those in bondage. She strongly believes that God is able
to change lives no matter what the condition of the person. She
lives what she teaches and is very real in her Christian living.
Pastor McLeod continually ministers by focusing on the issues
that face families today.
Well known for
her bright personality and her no none-sense approach to life,
she often goes against the grain to encourage positive changes
in the lives of people who make her acquaintance. By God’s grace
and the power of the Holy Ghost, her desire is to see God’s
people free from the forces of the enemy and live a prosperous
life in Spirit, Soul and Body.
Having waited in
the cleft of the rock for many years, she has now responded to
the call on her life from God to help First Ladies and female
Pastors, and in October 2006 she launched the ministry of
“‘Eagles”.
